Fuel the Band’s Future

We fundraise year-round to keep our music strong. Our two marquee events:

• Edison Festival of Marching — September

• Tricky Tray — March

Plus tagging & bagging and ongoing sales. Proceeds are split between the General Band Fund and each Student’s Band Account.

General Band Fund — Powers the Program

• Buys equipment, instruments, and supplies

• Covers truck rentals, show/music licensing, and music techs

• Critical to every rehearsal, show, and season

Student Band Accounts — Lowers Family Costs

• Offsets Band Camp, Spring trips, Indoor Drumline, Winter Guard fees

• Earned credits for students who participate

• Used only for band/guard fees; no cash payouts
